Request an export
Email hallo@kiimu.at, naming your company, workspace, requested scope, authorised recipient and destination: another provider, your infrastructure or deletion. Do not send passwords/tokens. We check authority and confirm the process, dates and known limits in text.
Membership alone does not entitle someone to all private conversations or personal profiles. Your company must document the relevant instruction and recipient authority.
Scope and formats
| Category | Format and data |
|---|---|
| Documents, attachments and saved results | Original files, existing extracted text and retained associated versions |
| Channels and direct conversations | UTF-8 JSON/JSONL: messages, author/role identifiers, timestamps, conversation relationships and attachment references, within recipient authority |
| Saved agents and customer instructions | Markdown and associated structured configuration |
| Agent runs | Retained customer run data and traces in JSON/JSONL |
| Profiles, memberships, settings and usage data | Customer JSON, JSONL or YAML records with relationship descriptions |
| Sources and working files | Customer source contents/configuration and retained associated working files |
| Manifest | Export time, scope, file inventory, checksums, format/field descriptions, relationships and explicit omissions |
Message identifiers relate authors, conversations, runs and attachments. The manifest explains the actual fields and relationships in the export. Original formats are preserved; structured text uses UTF-8.
Passwords, API/private keys, session/OAuth tokens, other customers’ data and protected internal software are excluded. Secrets are selectively removed without discarding entire customer categories. Accounts must be reconnected at the destination. Derived search indexes can be rebuilt from supplied content without excluding unique customer information.
Delivery and retrieval
An assisted export is delivered through a protected channel restricted to authorised recipients. No special in-app export login is promised. Short-lived download links can be renewed throughout retrieval. Ordinary email attachments or full server archives containing credentials are not the standard export.
Terms 14.3 provides at least 30 days’ retrieval from termination or later complete delivery and notification; for switching, no earlier than transition end. We remind you 7 days before expiry. Incomplete export does not shorten the period. Missing/corrupt components are corrected.
Standard export and required switching assistance carry no extra switching fee. Extra consultancy/customisation requires a separate order and cannot be made a condition of required return.
Switching, interfaces and limits
Where Data Act Chapter VI applies, terms 14.3 governs switching and transition. kiimu assists planning, explains known limits and provides applicable interfaces/information. Beta status alone creates no exemption.
The beta currently has no publicly documented complete export API or automatic migration assistant. Individual downloads do not constitute full export. Specific delivery and required interface assistance are confirmed for the switch. Complete import into arbitrary external software is not promised; it also depends on that software’s formats and import functions. Different models need not execute agent instructions identically.
Deletion
The default at termination is return, followed by deletion after the full retrieval period. Lawful alternatives, including earlier deletion without return, are expressly documented. Production/export copies are then deleted without undue delay and within 7 days, subject to lawful exceptions.
The DPA covers versions, indexes, traces, temporary copies, archives, backups and provider residuals. We confirm completion and identify lawfully retained restricted records with reason and expiry. A reset alone does not evidence complete deletion.
Infrastructure and government requests
The workspace is hosted by netcup in Vienna; netcup GmbH is based in Germany. Austrian, German and EU law are relevant to this infrastructure. Inference, identity, delivery and other recipients are separate flows. Their entities, countries and transfer grounds are recorded in the specifically agreed chain and workspace privacy information. EU storage does not automatically exclude foreign access.
kiimu checks governmental requests for jurisdiction, legal basis and scope, limits lawful disclosure to what is necessary and informs the customer where legally permitted. Unlawful requests are rejected or challenged using available remedies. Confidentiality, access controls and documented transfer rules remain applicable. There is no guarantee of preventing every government request.
