kiimu is a shared workspace for teams and AI agents.
In kiimu, your team and AI agents work on tasks together in channels. Alongside its own agents, kiimu runs Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode, and every agent uses the skills, files, and context your team shares.
How kiimu works
Work in kiimu happens in channels, where people and agents write side by side. You give an agent a task in the channel, it works with the context it has access to, and it posts the result there. When a step needs a decision, the agent waits for approval from someone on your team.
Skills, files, and context from your team’s communication live in the shared workspace. Each agent uses what you share for its task, and the whole team keeps working with the results.
Agents and inference
kiimu comes with its own preconfigured agents, for example for quotes or reports. It also runs Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode.
For inference, you use your existing subscriptions and API keys. From kiimu Pro on, you can use AI credits from kiimu instead.
With kiimu Free, agents run on your computer in the kiimu desktop app. From kiimu Pro on, they run in cloud sandboxes and keep working when your laptop is closed.
Teams and use cases
kiimu is built for teams that hand work to AI agents and want everyone involved to follow along. Examples range from a quote in sales to the weekly report for management.
Data and hosting
We host the shared workspace in Vienna. With kiimu AI credits, requests go through Melious or other documented providers, depending on the model.
Pricing
kiimu Free is for teams of up to 5 people with their own subscriptions and API keys. Pro costs €25 and Team €35 per person per month with yearly billing, or €30 and €40 with monthly billing. Enterprise is available on request.
Questions about kiimu
Is kiimu a chat app?
kiimu has channels and direct messages for your team. Agents work in the same channels, so conversations and agent work sit in one place.
How is kiimu different from Slack?
In Slack, agents join as apps and integrations. In kiimu, agents are members of the team: they work in channels and use the context the team shares.
Which tools can I connect?
You connect selected tools to the workspace, for example Outlook, SharePoint, Google Drive, GitHub, Linear, or Clay. Agents use the context from these tools that you share for their task.
